When you view our websites, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website to you and to ensure stability and security (as defined in Art 6 (1) lit f) 1st sentence of the GDPR), including traceability in the event of an error and long-term troubleshooting:

Websites visited, date and time of access, amount of data sent in bytes, website of the incoming request (source/reference from which you came to the page), browser used including language and version, operating system used, IP address used.

Log files are created for this purpose. The data collected is used to control the prevention and remedy of illegal use of the website content, to improve the website and for statistical evaluations.

Our website uses Google Analytics for web analysis. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

Our website uses so-called cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device so that your browser will be recognized the next time. If you do not want this, set your browser accordingly – it can inform you about the setting of cookies and ask for your consent. Deactivating cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

1.3 Google Analytics

Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to provide this service. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable the device you are using to be recognized. This allows the use of websites to be analyzed, which helps to improve their usability. It is usually not possible to draw conclusions about your specific person.

The information generated in this way (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server. To protect your privacy, Google Analytics has been configured in such a way that your IP address is anonymized immediately after it is transmitted to Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the European Economic Area and is only stored anonymously by Google (anonymizeIp=true). Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of our websites and to compile reports on website activity. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

By using our websites, you agree to the storage of cookies and processing of your personal data as described above. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software. In this case, not all functions of websites may be able to be used to their full extent. You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Further information about Google Analytics and the associated processing of personal data can be found at www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.

If legal retention periods apply, data processing will be restricted to the legally required minimum. In the event of a contract conclusion, the privacy policy included in the contract will apply to data processing.

Beyond this, personal data such as your name, address, phone number, or email address will not be collected unless you voluntarily and actively provide such information in the designated fields (e.g., when registering for a newsletter, submitting an inquiry via a contact form, or using other specific form fields or registration masks on the respective website). The personal data you provide will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your request or responding to your inquiry. These data will not be shared with any third parties not explicitly mentioned in this statement.
